This ryokan is located at the heart of the city and it is only a stone's throw away from the Kurokawa bus station. Guests can easily walk around and explore the city. the staff is friendly and the service is great. the ryokan offers a delicious breakfast that will give you energy for the whole day. the room facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable.
The ryokan lacks outdoor hot spring baths, which may be a downside for those who want to fully immerse themselves in the onsen experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. the location was perfect, right at the center of the city and close to Kurokawa bus station. It made it so convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Thirdly, the rooms were a delight, with sunken seating that was more comfortable than sitting on the floor. I especially loved having a balcony to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing, with a delicious traditional Japanese meal that left me satisfied and ready for the day ahead.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was flawless.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was attentive, and the interior was beautifully cozy with great attention to detail. I especially loved the delicious traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast in the dining room with separate partitions and screens for privacy. The hotel also provided great amenities in the room, including towels, Yukata, overcoat, tabi socks. The location was also very convenient, close to transportation and right at the center of this city.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The beauty of the village where the hotel is located is amazing, and the local food is very delicious. the hotel has a central location, which made it easy for us to visit all the nearby attractions. , the indoor and outdoor onsen of the hotel are great features, especially the outdoor one with its beautiful views.
Even though the hotel's location, food, and onsen were great, the room we stayed in was noisy and uncomfortable. The construction of the hotel is quite old, making the sound of people walking around loud enough to disturb our sleep.

The location was very convenient and the dining experience was unique. the rooms were of high quality and the outdoor onsen was refreshing and enjoyable. the onsen was located at another spot, but it was nice to take a walk to get there and back. the indoor onsen provided access to another onsen which was also pretty good.
I found it difficult to figure out how to turn off the heating in the room at night. It would have been helpful to have English instructions provided.

I recently had an incredible stay at this hotel and it was truly a hidden gem. the value for money was outstanding - I was amazed at the affordable prices for such high-quality service and amenities. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the well-appointed rooms with private bathrooms to the cozy balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was conveniently close to the Kurokawa bus station and right at the center of the city. I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast experience, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
Honestly, I couldn't find a single thing that needed improvement. Everything was top-notch!
